Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Because every ArtMindr book is made specifically for your child:

We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- The printed book materially differs from the approved digital preview
- Your order is lost in transit (no delivery scan within 30 days)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of any damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind after the illustration has been approved and sent to print
- Incorrect information provided at the time of order (wrong name, wrong photo)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs beyond our control


PRE-PRINT CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify your order before approving the illustration preview, please contact us immediately at info@artmindr.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.


HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Email us at info@artmindr.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos of any damage or defect

We respond within 1 business day and resolve all issues within 5 business days.
