Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from ArtMindr, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT ARTMINDR

ArtMindr is operated by ARTMINDR EOOD, registered in Bulgaria, EU. We sell personalized children's coloring books through us.artmindr.com.

2. PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZATION

ArtMindr products are made-to-order and personalized to your specifications. Each order includes:
- A custom illustration created from a photo you provide
- A digital preview of the illustration for your approval
- Printing and fulfillment after your approval

Because products are personalized, they are subject to the refund conditions in Section 6.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product at the listed price. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (Stripe). We do not store payment card information.

All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfill your order.

4. THE ILLUSTRATION PREVIEW PROCESS

After you place your order and submit your photo, our team creates a custom illustration and sends you a digital preview by email within 1–3 business days.

- You have the right to request revisions if the illustration does not accurately represent your child's likeness.
- We will revise the illustration at no additional charge until you are satisfied.
- Once you approve the preview, we proceed to print. No changes can be made after approval.
- If you do not respond to the preview email within 14 days, we may proceed to print with the current illustration.

5. PHOTO SUBMISSION

By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or have obtained appropriate permission.
- You have the right to submit the photo and grant us permission to use it for creating the illustration.
- The photo does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Photos are used solely to create your illustration and are deleted after fulfillment.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because ArtMindr products are custom-made to order:

We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- The printed book materially differs from the approved digital preview
- Your order is lost in transit (no delivery scan within 30 days)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of any damage or defect.

We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind after the illustration has been approved and sent to print
- Incorrect information provided at the time of order
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Pre-print cancellations: if you need to cancel before approving the preview, contact us immediately at info@artmindr.com.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable US consumer protection laws.

7. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ArtMindr brand and illustrations remain our intellectual property. By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the illustration for your family's private use.

You retain all rights to the original photo you submit.

9. FTC DISCLOSURE — TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Customer testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary. We do not guarantee specific confidence improvements or behavioral changes. ArtMindr is not a medical device and makes no clinical claims.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtMindr's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, EU, with full respect for US consumer protection rights. Nothing limits your right to bring a small claims court action in your jurisdiction.
