Β TRACKING You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Allow 24 hours for tracking to become active.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. International delivery typically takes 10β21 business days.Β
RETURNS POLICY Because every ArtMindr book is made specifically for your child: We will replace or refund your order if: - Your order arrives damaged or defective - The printed book materially differs from the approved digital preview - Your order is lost in transit (no delivery scan within 30 days) Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of any damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We are unable to accept returns for: - Change of mind after the illustration has been approved and sent to print - Incorrect information provided at the time of order (wrong name, wrong photo) - Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs beyond our controlΒ
Β PRE-PRINT CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or modify your order before approving the illustration preview, please contact us immediately at info@artmindr.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
